Book DISCOUNT and RETURNS POLICY - Overview
Bookstore sales:

40% discount for orders of 10 books. FOB origin. Inquire
for full discount schedule.

Terms are 30 days from date of invoice. A finance charge
of 1.5% per month will be added to all balances over 30 days.

Unsold books are returnable in new condition only, bookstore
to pay freight.
Teacher program - for trainers, consultants, dojo-cho:

40% discount on orders of at least 10 books.

Prepaid by Visa, MC or check.

Special rate on shipping.

Books are non-returnable.
Academic program - for university faculty:
-
90-day examination copies available; make request on university
letterhead.

If you adopt the book as a course text (5 copies or more)
your invoice will be cancelled. Otherwise you may return the book
in good condition or purchase it at a 30% discount.
Co-marketing partnerships: Discounts same as for bookstores, with mutual
merchandising obligations negotiated.
